Thanks for this review. I've been looking for something similar. I may be heading to Singapore and was debating either using JetQuay or just sticking with Singapore Airlines' First Class separate driveway and lounge. Has anyone used both and prefer one over the other?

In addition, it seems if you arrange airport transportation through some hotels, it will automatically include JetQuay service. Still should I use this service when departing Changi or just use the First Class check-in services and lounge?
