Did you get at least the six letter airline reservation code from Opodo? If yes you can try to use this code to add your booking to your Lufthansa account. To do this you have to login on Lufthansa and go to My Bookings. There is a field called "View another booking". Enter the six letter code in there. If you are lucky Lufthansa will have the booking on record and display it and store it.
