Follow up to my previous post: Europcar finally agreed that my US rental was eligible for BMI miles. I suspect that there is no automated link from National to BMI, so maybe all US rentals will require a retro-claim. But, only 1700 miles posted (I was expecting 3400), so I think I'll need to chase up the rest with BMI.
