Hello there

Recently flew SQ (2 flights) & ANA (2 flights). My Krisflyer account was credited with 3 of the 4 flights. I've emailed Singapore airlines regarding this, but no reply. I then noticed I could retrospectiely claim via the SQ web site. I unfortunatley do not have the boarding pass that contains the E-Ticket number. Hence my dilemma. Does anyone have any idea(s) where I can access the E-ticket number?
