Based on your post time, I'm guessing you're overseas somewhere. I always try to call at a time when people will actually be staffing the Chicago or Honolulu centers. I wouldn't think that they'd pay for 24 hour staffing for 1P's.

If I'm wrong, then I've just been lucky, but I use the regular 1P number.
