It doesn't make sense to me - having multiple cancel policies on one res, but that's just me. I understand either/or (ie, 6pm DOA OR 14-day cancel) but both is confusing.

And it's not even mentioned properly on the cancel policy: it just says non-refundable, 6pm DOA. That to me implies 6pm DOA cancel or it's all non-refundable - not the center part & not 14-day cancel (which is nowhere mentioned on the conf email).
