had a stay here a couple of months ago....my client booked an expedia rate for me so i wasn't expecting any plat benefits....i was only supposed to be there for a day so it wasn't such a big deal....to my surprise i was upgraded to a huge suite....my arbitration ran longer so i ended up staying an extra day....i extended my stay on spg.com & they let me keep the suite for the second day as well....this property would not be on my spg top 5 ny hotel list but this stay was good....staff was nice, room was good, location was excellent....would give this place another go if the price is right....
