But all in all, I'd STILL vote IT as numbers 1-4. I can make decisions re: JFK. Wish I could re: award travel, or miles posting, or flights showing without resorting to seatcounter!
Slightly OT...

While I think DL's JFK operation is embarrassing, I don't necessarily mind the transportation options. Connections to LIRR and NYCT. Is it inconvenient? Of course. But it's not any worse (or any pricier) than the comparable operation at EWR.
