QF's future bookings page has never failed to recognise and retain a booking -- regardless of if a TA issued or if I booked it on QF's website. On NZ I have difficulty linking bookings not made on NZ's website to my airpoints account -- such as bookings made by a TA. Often it'll just come up with some sort of error message or say the booking will show up in 24 hours (which rarely happens). And when it does finally work, it sometimes disappears a few days later anyway making all the effort pointless.
That matches my experience as well. QFF site has always automatically added any itinerary including my QFF number to my QF itineraries page. Myairnz.com however has been plagued with vanishing itineraries - some of those that were there disappear, and when I try to add them back I get the dreaded red text telling me that my name doesn't match a name on the booking. And yet... on the iPhone version of the app, I can add them fine. Grrrrrrr!
