First service starts at check in, not sure why there is always a line of confusion no matter what the airport is anymore. Nothing like starting a trip off on the wrong foot, first impressions matter. Then get the hubs fixed asap. It makes no sense, they are trying to save money left and right. If planes did not sit on the runway and taxi for 30 minutes they would save a ton, let alone with all the missed connections and missed bags they need to deliver.
