I did BTC between SFO and HKG twice. The Pheasant itself was fine, but a tad dry. The sauce however, was blan. The accommpanying ravioli was not so good and I told the FA that.
As another poster said, stay away from the sushi chirashi - standard stuff, nothing exciting.
Had the pan roasted fish once, actually not bad at all. All this was on their BTC Sept/Oct menu.
