If you're going to be in Seoul i would highly reccomend a tour of the DMZ. I took one run by the US Army's support organisation, the USO - its featured in my Korea Trip Report.

If you have time, a trip to Jeju Island, also featured in my TR is a great idea, but be prepared to subsist solely on seafood :-)
