Anyone have any experience?
Hard product is fine, though the seats aren't as comfortable as BA CW and you are more exposed to other pax.

Food is good, served with more courses than on BA and you choose your main course from the trolley rather than ordering from the menu. The veal broth appetiser is a nice touch.

AVOD has an adequate choice, nothing compared to the latest on the QF A380 but if you are used to BA's AVOD you'll be satisfied.

When the crew is good they are professional, but one girl was once clearly unhappy: she could not hide her feelings and lashed out at pax unreasonably (IME!).
