No need to be apprehensive according to my experience. Have had very comfortable 'Business Plus' flights to CCS, SCL and EZE in the last couple of years. Always had the new cabins and the food and IFE have been pretty good too. The flights have been well-run with attentive CC and have been on time and hassle-free. I've had less luck with AF on those routes actually.
