You will get AUS-SFO mileage, and not AUS-DFW-SFO. Since you made the change at the airport, you could try calling, suggesting that you had done them "a favor" by going on the flight with available seats, and asking for original routing credit for all segments per your original itinerary. It may well not work, but it couldn't hurt to ask.
