The *only* hesitation I would have about this program is not getting the coffee re-stocked. The front desk could probably provide that easily.
500 points though? Because Hilton's program is larger/more devalued than Starwood's, shouldn't it be more like 750 or 1000?
It's like being offered 500 pesos vs. 500 euros.
