I applied through an email offer on 11/6. I have called the 800# several times and keep getting the "2 weeks" message. I have called the "back door" 888# 3 separate times and have been told that my app is pending and I will be notified in writing. The waiting is frustrating to say the least.

The reason I am so anxious to be approved for this card is that my daughter, who attends university in the UK, will graduate in July and we could really use these miles for our tix. I know there will be surcharges but it will be ALOT less than full price which would really help us out. We had already planned to take a BA flight since they are the only non-stop option from Seattle.
