I just found the thread saying that the booking bonus for booking on AA.com is dead (for about 18 months now).

So I'm booking several AA flights and I'm trying to figure out the best way. Use a partner site and get a few percent back via eBates? Use AA anyway?

Anyone have a proposal for the way to get a little extra here?
