After reading this thread as well as reviews on Tripadvisor, I'm starting to wonder whether this hotel is even worth the 5k points I've booked it with...
Having just returned from our 4-night PB stay there, I must say that we were actually pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Nothing spectacular, but it was nice enough.
Here are some of the positives of our stay :
- Upgrade to a renovated superior room
- Box of chocolates as welcome gift (actually received twice)
- Free bus/tram transportation for the duration of our stay (with a bus stop right next to the hotel that goes directly to the airport and into the city center)
- Service was professional and unintrusive, just as we like it
