No. The notice is SPECIFICALLY related to the PPE - in other words, if the PPE card is not used in an 18 month stretch, ALL points earned from the PPE will be gone.
It is not related to the master TYN account, but related to a specific card.
We each have a PPE card - both are currently active, meaning both have statement in November. However, one received a snail mail notification, the other one
has the notice stealthily printed on the BACK page of the statement under the heading of:
Change to the Citi Premier Pass (R) Thank You (R) Points Expiration Policy.
Frankly, had we not received the snail mail first (printed on a very nicely presented paper
), we would NEVER notice the new change the way it showed up on the statement!
That is why I posted this Heads-Up warning.
