I guess these double EQMs are only for those with a Continentail One Pass account number posted on the fligths one is taking.

I plan to fly next week on CO from Ottawa to Atlanta and back, via Newark - and post my miles to my Air Canada Aeroplan account. i guess I would not be eligible for double EQM (in Air Canada, we term them "status miles")?
