What would be the best routing to experience different airlines I could not afford otherwise? I've flown mostly LH Y, sometimes C, never F.
Is there a common opinion if F or C is a better deal for miles on this route – and what are my chances to get all–F award to Australia? I assume F is trickier to find due to limited availability?...
It is quite a busy route so you should book quite early.
You may limited on the choice by the availability.
What I can recommend:
C on NZ via London: The seat is fully flat a lot better than LH.
SQ: Great service. Try to get on the A380 or 777ER. Be aware that you may end on a regional 777 which is very bad.
LH: Quite nice but not the best product.
TG: Seat quite similar seat to LH, Service is quite a hit and miss.
I cannot comment on Asiana or Air-China.
I would not recommend flying via the USA, because of the immigration-hassle.
I would book a LH/SQ/NZ combination in C.
