I'm assuming that no one else has seen anything that would indicate winter sale fares. I sure haven't, and we're looking for our Jan/Feb winter fares to burn some SWUs set to expire 2/28. Fares to European destinations are not astronomical, but they're not near sale price, from what I can see.

No, they certainly aren't anywhere near what they have been in the past. I'm seeing the occasional "OK" fare, but not the bunch of fares that pop the eyes like we have seen in the past. I'm sure AA and other airlines have these fares prepared but are holding back on filing them. Once one goes they will all go.
