I would be quite happy to upgrade to F subject to points availability ( ! ). There is nothing like sitting in the 744 1A or 1K with no passing traffic and near forward view. Truely spectacular.

As others have inferred, if this does not suit, stay in J and leave the F seats to those who value them.
