I agree with the others. That's too tight a connection to feel comfortable about.

Unless you're in the Luton area, LTN is a pretty bad airport. Public transport options are cumbersome (the train station is near the aiport, not in it, requiring a paid bus connection) and the "terminal" seems like an old warehouse. I would much prefer LGW, STN (both EasyJet AMS destinations), or LHR.

Try to use KL, BD, BA or another U2 airport/time option. BA, BD and KL are frequently surprisingly competitive.
