FedEx has UPS & the Post Office for competition. Their primary business is package handling, not providing air transportation (logistics and fulfillment are sidelines). When SWA misplaces as many passengers as FedEx loses or mis-delivers packages, let me know.

Then SWA can slap a label on your butt, toss you in the cargo hold and deliver you to your destination in 1-3 days.
