My recent experiences as PLT in domestic Y:
11/2: at LAX checkin no premium tag
11/6: at MCI checkin, agent applied premium tag, explained new benefit.
My routing was MCI-DFW-LAX. No priority bag delivery at LAX.
11/9: at LAX checkin no premium tag
