I stayed here for 4 nights in November and had a pretty good experience. I am a Gold Ambassador and booked a King Shophouse room and was not sure what upgrade I would get with the Ambassador status. However I wanted to make folks aware about the room categories and how confusion could arise (at least it did with me)

I had booked online and my booking came up as a King Shophouse Room and I was happy, a few days later I saw I had been upgraded to a King Premier Room - happy days I thought. Well when I went back into the booking a couple of weeks before the trip I could not see the reservation - it said to contact the hotel or the priority club which I did - the lady said she was not sure why my reservation was not coming up in the priority club p
