I noshowed at SFO on Oct 30. A meeting that I though we would be having was postponed. I was reviewing my credit card and I was charged for the rental, including the lame fuel service fee for driving 0 miles!

I will be calling shortly.

Update: No, I won't...customer service is closed now. The reservation agent I talked to said that reservation had been canceled, but my Wizard account has a receipt in it for the rental.
