Yes there is a language override, however it is only 2.50/hr extra and it would allow one to have a line which means they will have a schedule, good for the junior people who are on reserve (on call like a dr) I have personally tried Rosetta and that I do not feel is good. And Berlitz is too expensive. I guess I am just not good in languages. If they do not hire it would be in the current employee to learn a language with the highest time trips and they would be Asia Market, aka Chinese and Japanese or Hebrew. U can get a 3 day trip to NRT worth 26hrs and around 30hrs for China for a 3/4 day trip and TLV is worth 22hrs in either a 3 day trip or 4 day trip. So you would get many days off and could work a lot of hrs. You can pick up other trip in other bases. I have a friend who is junior to me who has a line as a Chinese speaker and her China trips are around 90 hrs and she gets a lot of days off and she trys to work 130hrs. We have no limit on the number of monthly hrs we work, just duty limitations.
