There is a GREAT answer to this: DO NOT CALL passengers to tell them their flights is delayed to x:xx time, unless it actually is!!!! If WN has no idea what time the flight will leave, then DO NOT CALL the passengers.
Seems like an example of POOR customer service to me! Technology is great, but why use it if there's no good purpose.
