Indeed. 'Patient Zero' for AIDS (according to some sources) was an Air Canada attendant, who claimed thousands of partners and infected hundreds. Apparently random acts of anal sex with strangers in aircraft toilets is incredibly high risk behaviour and is not something paying passengers should be exposed to in any way.
