Without meaning to sound crude... but sex or no sex, I am pretty certain plenty of men and women disappear to the bathroom on a long flight for a "tommy tank".
I don't see why someone wouldn't clear up after sex.

If you really, seriously believe that out of a full plane, a few blokes don't crack one off mid-air, you're mistaken.
Sorry to sound crude - but sex happens. Just because someone is doing something sexual , doesn't mean they wouldn't clean up properly.
