That's really strange because they have a lot of Junior suites. The Ren really rocks. Good luck the next time you stay there. (They even comp breakfast during the weekend for Platinums. ).

I already posted in another thread (I didn't ask about an upgrade or Platinum Welcome Gift/Card during check-in - and happened automatically):

Renaissance Munich Hotel
+ upgrade to suite (also on W14-stays)
+ Excellent recognition of status
+ 5 min walk to stations for underground or airport bus
+ many suites in the hotel
+ Platinum Welcome Card
+ Complimentary Breakfast
+ electric iron in the room
