Hyatt Customer Relations returned the call and actually said the GM is refusing to call me back.

And they want a decision regarding my reservation by today otherwise they would cancel it.

So I wished them god luck because in case they cancel the reservation and I wont have a room on arrival I will escalate it to a legal matter.
