OK, so I got a call from Hyatt Customer Relations with a 402 area code, NOT the GM.

I had emailed the GM twice, with PDFs indicating I wanted the offer to be honored, they simply said as other people mentioned that this fare was a "Confidential" rate. I indicated that no, this was not a confidential rate, all the information on the site indicted $0.00.

They offered rooms at $110-118. I said no, since my PDFs and I have plenty of PDF supporting material indicates $0.00...

I indicated that this makes no sense, some people getting the honored fare while others don't... no real response to that complaint, other than calling this a "Confidential" rate 5 or 6 times...

I will send another email to the GM and fight this fight....
