It's really interesting that you mentioned Twin Farms, because I met a couple when I was at Winvian, and they highly recommended me to visit Twin Farms (which I haven't yet to visit) and said it's similar.
We spent 3 nights at Twin Farms back in August, and it was a fantastic experience for us. The service was amazing and we truly didn't have to worry about anything. Hope you get there soon!
