My wife and I spent New Year's Eve at the Mission Inn 12/13/99. Though the property is quite beautiful, we were not impressed with the attitude of management and felt rather poorly-used, to the point where we seriously questioned whether there was an issue with our mixed-race marriage, my wife's Asian heritage, my Jewish one, or some combination of all three. It was definitely an odd and not particularly pleasant experience. We certainly never returned, no would we consider doing so.
