You did not have to pay the booking fee, for not booking through the web. The web doesn't allow you to book *A tickets, or open-jaw US tickets anyway.

But there is the $25+/p processing fee that is charged, no matter what.

Soon they may come up with "service fee", "ticketing fee", "improvement fee", "access fee", "aux fee", "award fee", etc.
