Hello, I am a new member and am trying to book a trip using Sky Miles. Hubby has a bad back, so I am trying to book first class seats to Vancouver (from Orlando) to make him more comfortable and make the flight more enjoyable for him.

The problem is that the week before we want to go is like 45k round trip, and the week that we actually want to go is 80k round trip, offering only REALLY LONG flights, like 15+ hours (leaving on one day and arriving at our destination at like 6-10 am the following day).

I didn't actually think that we would get he "best times" for these flights, but was hoping that perhaps if I kept checking, that some new flights would open up, possibly during the week that we actually want to go for less miles. Can anyone offer me any info as to whether or not this occurs, or is this just a pipe dream?
