No, they had free hotel for force overnight in NRT long time ago, but not anymore. Unless you buy your ticket from a travel agent and they offer it. Otherwise you have to pay your own hotel plus meals.

JL did that before, used to give you free hotel (their own Nikko Narita) + breakfast, but not sure if they still do it.
