Are award processing fees applicable only to awards on US metal?
I am curious because from the description of award processing fees it does not include non-US Airways destinations, such as Asia and Africa.

"Award processing fee: $25 continental U.S./Alaska/Canada, $35 Latin America/Caribbean, $50 Hawaii/Europe/Middle East/South America"
