Mrs DUF did SYD-ICN-FRA and back with Micro DUF. This was in C however. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and they helped her out with the baby a lot.
There was a bassinet which was also quite comfortable for the little one.
In terms of children's facilities at ICN I can also not comment as she was in the lounge.
