Interesting to hear the take on the option for being "upgraded" to CW.

The last time I flew BA in CW, the crew did exactly that--"upgraded" a couple of their "colleagues", and spent most of the flight talking to them.

Seems like a day doesn't go by here in London w/o BA in the news...hope you're faring well thru it all.
