trojanhorse,
It sounds like you were given one of the lockoff units, which is basically a secondary room and is the much smaller half of the normal 2 bedroom unit.
The 2 bedroom units breakdown like this:
1) Master unit -- which includes all of the added attributes I mentioned earlier (dining room, living room (with foldout couch), screened-in deck that has 2 chairs, a table and one lounge chair, the washer/dryer unit, full size kitchen (including fridge, oven, microwave, pots/pans, island with bar stools, etc), 2 TVs with VCRs, a seperate bedroom)
2) Secondary unit (or lockoff) -- which is basically your standard hotel room with a small kitchenette -- its probably 1/3 of the size of the master unit and is normally intended as the "kid's room"
I can certainly see why you would be disappointed with use of only the Secondary Unit.
But, if you have kids and stay at this location with use of the full 2 bedroom unit you would probably have a different viewpoint.
