The Unit I was in 2215 had the following:
Deck: LMAO - it had a 4" yes four inch deck, you could not physically stand on it..
washer dryer: definitely not in this unit
full size dining room table: well a table that once my laptop was on it, there wasn't much room for anything else
as for the feel of not being stuck in a small hotel room, I beg to differ, It was a standard sized hotel room, not tiny, but in no way shape or form was it large.
it had the following in the kitchen which was the four foot hallway as you entered the room with the bathroom on the left and the microwave, coffee maker and dorm sized fridge on the right.
again to reiterate, not only would I not stay there again my recommendation to others is to stay away and go to the other Marriott property down the road. The room I could live with, the service from the reservation call to check out, I can not live with.
As for the $90 rate, I don't know, you are probably right, it was cheap but the fact is that it was available and I had to fight with the property to get it. It is a standard corporate rate that I'm clearly eligble to receive.
"each unit has its own screen-in deck with views of the golf course grounds (for most rooms), washer/dryer units, full size dining room table and you certainly don't feel like you're stuck in a small hotel room."
