This has turned into a fiasco of epic proportions...it seems I have to book this through my travel agent, who then in turn has to book it through Classic Vacations...so I called United and got basically no answers...I get basically crappy answers from my Travel Agent...I'm headed to O'hare next week and am going to bring the vouchers and talk to someone face to face...this is FRUSTRATING!!!
