A very enjoyable read, thanks! The balance between outbound and inbound is intriguing. As many others have said on this forum, at a service delivery level, consistency is sometimes lacking across crews.

I have to say I find the WT+ seat great in the daytime and impossible to sleep in - maybe the 380 will have new WT+ seating????


BOS in CW is a route I have done a few times and really enjoyed - you will have a great trip. I hope you are coming home on the 273 - the best jetlag avoiding flight I know.
