WHarvey If you have a car a suggest a trip out to the desert-far away from the lighsaround 6 pm and just watch the sunset and then admire the night sky/stars.Cost nothing but some fuel.
The Liberace musum is fun and pretty cheap
Just walking through the Wynn/Encore and the Bellagio to window shop and and admire the floral displays cost nothing-also the Bellagio fountains.
The Buffet at the Wynn is my favorite-dinner is pricey but well worth it IMO especially if you like fish/seafood.
