Lol you know better.... It's nt that everyones water, side, juice, shampoo, or what ever it happens to be is an explosive, it is simply too time consuming to test it all. Because of tha time constraint, the powers that be decided simply to greatly restrict LGAs over a certain amount. Buy you already know this
